The most incredible wedding team, truly beyond our expectations!

From the very first stages of planning our wedding in Italy, Simona and her team were absolutely incredible. Every detail we asked for was listened to, understood and made happen. They were incredibly organised and professional, but at the same time so warm, personal and genuinely invested in making our wedding the best day of our lives.

We live in the UK, so planning a wedding in Italy could have been incredibly stressful, but Simona was always there to guide us, support us and make everything feel completely manageable. Every time we were in Italy, she made time to meet us, and somewhere along the way, what started as a planner client relationship turned into a genuine friendship. By the time our wedding arrived, it honestly felt like we had family looking after us.

And then came the wedding day, not a single thing was out of place. Everything ran seamlessly. We didn’t have to worry about timings, suppliers, guests, logistics or anything else, we could simply enjoy our wedding and take it all in. Simona was like the General in charge, making sure everything happened exactly when it needed to, while her incredible team were constantly tending to us.

Sofia, Maria Lisa and Camilla were absolutely amazing. Sofia was so lovely and helpful throughout the planning and on the day, and even translated Nonni’s speech for us, which was such a beautiful and emotional moment. Maria Lisa was unbelievably organised and made sure every detail was taken care of. Camilla was constantly looking after us, making sure we had water and drinks, keeping the bride cool in the heat and making sure we were comfortable throughout the day. They were all so professional.

And we absolutely have to mention the incredible vendors they brought together. Calgano Transport were fantastic, Capurro were unbelievable, the aperitivo selection was insane, the open bar was incredible and the dinner genuinely felt like fine dining. Carmen Fiorista did the most amazing job with the flowers and curated everything so beautifully. Villa Durazzo was stunning, and the DJ and live band were fantastic. Every single element came together perfectly.

We genuinely cannot think of a single thing that was out of place.

Simona, thank you, thank you, thank you. You and your team made it truly the best day of our lives. We still talk about how incredible you all were and how lucky we were to have you looking after us.

We love you guys and can’t wait for an aperitivo together when we’re back in Italy.
